As you can tell I've got long hair, what I was planning to do was to do the ombre process, which you can see did not quite work out.
I processed the hair three times with no indication whatsoever of ombre, the only visible thing was that some strands started to turn neon orange.
I'm not an expert in hair, so I didn't know you could only dye virgin hair and I was trying to dye beauty supply store hair. Even though I knew the hair didn't accept dye I decided to dye the hair somewhat to its original state, which worked to an extent.
So if I want ombre hair, looks like I'm going to have to splurge on virgin hair.

ReplyDeleteYeah I bought virgin hair recently. I plan on doing ombre. I can't wait for my stylist to get back in the salon. You look AMAZING in this post though despite the lack of ombre.

You don't necessarily have to buy virgin hair, if you want to get the ombre look using supply store hair, you can bleach the hair or use creme of nature hair dye. xx

I had non-virgin hair and it worked, I think it's because your hair's so dark (how long did you leave it on for?). You're looking lovely anyway. x hivenn
