Nigerians always have to do things differently. This is the only decent shot I was able to get from the bride and groom, because every time they moved a swarm off people would get up to take pictures of them, I missed the kiss, hardly saw anything of when the newly-weds did the traditional dance into the hall and probably saw a peak of the fist dance.

Day 3- Bicester Village:

Scarf: A-wear
Blazer: New Look
Top: Primark
Leggings: H&M
Shoes: New Look

On the way back home from Manchester we did a de-tour to Bicester Village. Some of you may know it, it's a place for outlet shopping, but you wouldn't think so, because it's so posh and chic. They were stores ranging from French Connections to Yves Saint Laurent, let's just say I could not keep my eyes at one place at a time.
Definitely going to save up some money and we're planning to go and spend a weekend there as a group of families in December/January to spend some monies.

Casual Day out Shopping and Wedding Dress Drama

No, I'm not getting married, but off to Manchester for the weekend to attend a wedding. When I thought of what to wear, immediately this maxi dress shown below from H&M sprung to mind. It has a lovely romantic colour, print and flowing shape. I bought these chains from Primark to layer up and add some edge to the dress. I didn't like the overall look of the outfit, because the maxi dress made me look slightly "mumsy" and would look nicer with long wavy locks and give a bohemian vibe to the dress.
I don't really think it works with my new hairstyle, so now I want a dress with a minimalistic Zara-esque shape, but couldn't find anything when I went town today. Going to have a look online now, please comment down below if you know any websites that will have something with a minimalistic feel that I would like.

So what ha-happened was....

....that after posting the picture of my hair on Wednesday, I went slightly crazy with the scissors, lets just say that I hated the hair even more. I went to the hairdressers today so she could rectify the damage that I had caused. I'm much happier with the hair now, because it's in the shape that I wanted, just that the hair is much shorter now, the front of the hair was just above my collarbone before, but I've only got myself to blame for that.
If something is bugging me I have to sort it out right there and then, I can't wait till tomorrow or next week.
Any of you like that?

Bloggers Cult

Photobucket

There are some items you see when you go shopping and you know that they are going to be a craze on the blogosphere, like the big silver cuffs H&M cuffs or the H&M silver coated knit jumper, for those who missed out on it the last time, they have brought out another metallic coated jumper out (contemplating whether to get it or not).

H&M are quite good when it comes to cult buys, probably because it's so affordable, I stumbled across these bangles and had a feeling they might be one of the cult buys that will sweep the blogoshpere. The band has croc details and it comes in a beige-y, rose, and green colour and another colour that looks darker than they beige-y one pictured, and it attaches with magnets that come either in gold or silver as shown above.
I can see those bloggers who like hardware jewellery getting into these and I can see some layering these up.
At only £1.99 these will be snapped up quickly.

Hair Drama!!!

Jacket: Clothes Show

When your hair is not right, it just feels like the end of the world, hence the lack of posts.
Ended up redoing the weave, because it wasn't installed properly, it started too far back. So my sister redid it for me, it's actually her second time doing a weave.
Then I went to my hairdressers today to get the same cut, but it just did not turn out the same way, and it's REEEAAALLY BUGGING me, because I really liked the cut of the last one.
Might not look that different to you, but I KNOW!
(sigh) Hair Drama!

Trainers: Head over Heels by Dune

Just came back from work and thought I'd show you my new hair style, well not really new, if you have been following my blog from the beginning you will know that I had a bob at the beginning of the year. I wanted to do the bob again, because sometimes long hair is such a hassle especially if it is a weave.
I just used some left over extensions from my last hair style and had it cut in the bob style, I wanted it shorter at the back and long at the front, also had loads of layers put in for volume.
